Prerequisites: 11th level, Ranger, Hunter's Quarry class feature

Benefit: Whenever you hit your quarry with a Ranger daily attack power, the target takes 5 ongoing damage (save ends). If the power already deals ongoing damage that has no damage type, instead increase the ongoing damage by 5.
