Luring focus is an encounter power available to warlords at 1st level.

A potent repositioning tool, but with the downside that it requires both high charisma to be effective, and the sturdiness to take the attacks this will almost inevitably draw, something very difficult at the low levels you gain access to it. It might be worth it if your team lacks other repositioning tools.
